OVERVIEW
Welcome to HAOMAISON. HAOMAISON is the store name used by an independently operated online retail business based in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China. In these Terms, “HAOMAISON”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the operator of haomaison.com.
We retail third-party pet products to customers in the United States. HAOMAISON is not the manufacturer or product brand unless a product page explicitly states otherwise. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform used to operate the store.

HAOMAISON is an independent retailer. Unless a product page explicitly identifies HAOMAISON as the manufacturer or product brand, products in the catalog are manufactured or branded by independent third parties. Manufacturer and supplier names, product marks, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
We make every effort to display product descriptions, options, prices, availability, and images accurately. Colors and appearance may vary because of device or display settings. Product descriptions may be updated when supplier information or product specifications change.
HAOMAISON remains the customer-facing retailer for orders placed on haomaison.com. Contact our customer service team for order, delivery, return, payment, or product-support questions.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. HAOMAISON reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance.
We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted.
If we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect when the order is placed and will be shown in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include sales tax, shipping, or handling charges shown at checkout.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information for all purchases made through our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you when needed.
You represent and warrant that any payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete, that you are authorized to use the payment method provided, and that you will pay all charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping, handling, and applicable taxes.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. We are not responsible for carrier delays, address errors, weather events, or events outside our control, but nothing in these Terms limits your right to cancel and receive a refund when required by applicable law or our Shipping Policy.
Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Store-created website text, the HAOMAISON store logo, and original site layout or graphics are owned by the store operator or used with permission. They may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except as allowed by law.
Third-party manufacturer and supplier names, trademarks, product names, packaging, product designs, photographs, and other product materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify the products offered for resale. Their appearance on this website does not imply that HAOMAISON manufactures those products or is affiliated with or endorsed by the rights holder.
No statement in these Terms should be read as claiming that HAOMAISON owns a third party's product, design, or trademark, or that the HAOMAISON store name is a registered trademark unless explicitly stated with supporting information.
SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools as part of the Services. We do not monitor, control, or have input over such tools.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available,” without warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind. Your use of optional third-party tools is entirely at your own risk and discretion.
We may also offer new features, tools, or resources through the Services in the future. Such features will also be subject to these Terms of Service.

The Services may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties, including payment, logistics, privacy, and platform providers. A link is provided for convenience and does not by itself imply endorsement or affiliation.
For any product purchased from haomaison.com, customers should contact HAOMAISON customer service first. We will handle the customer-support case and coordinate with the relevant supplier, fulfillment provider, carrier, or payment provider when necessary.
SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY AND SUPPLIERS
HAOMAISON is an independently operated retail store that uses Shopify as its ecommerce platform. Orders placed on haomaison.com are accepted and supported by the independent operator trading under the HAOMAISON store name.
Shopify supplies the ecommerce platform and is not the seller of the products. Independent product suppliers, fulfillment providers, and carriers may assist with sourcing, fulfillment, and delivery, but customers can use the HAOMAISON contact details and policies for support throughout the order process.
SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed on our website.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify may collect and process personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services. Information you submit to the Services may be transmitted to and shared with Shopify and other third parties, including parties located in countries other than where you reside, in order to provide services to you.

This includes, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or similar damages arising from your use of the Services or any products purchased through the Services, even if advised of their possibility.
