Where we ship

HAOMAISON currently ships to delivery addresses in the United States only. We do not currently ship to China or other countries.

Order processing

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping options and costs

Standard Shipping: $8.00 USD, with an estimated transit time of 7-15 business days after dispatch.

Free Standard Shipping: $0.00 USD for orders of $70.00 USD or more, with the same estimated 7-15 business day transit time.

Express Shipping: $15.00 USD, with an estimated transit time of 5-10 business days after dispatch.

The options available for a specific order are shown at checkout before payment.

Fulfillment

HAOMAISON is an independent online retailer. Products are sourced from third-party suppliers and orders may be processed by independent fulfillment and shipping providers. The dispatch location may vary by item and inventory availability.

The business correspondence address on our website is not necessarily the warehouse, sender, or return address for a specific order.

Taxes and other charges

Product prices do not include sales tax. Applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated and shown at checkout before payment. The product price, selected shipping charge, and any tax collected by the store are shown before the order is submitted.

Tracking and delays

Tracking information is provided when available. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier capacity, weather, holidays, address issues, customs processing, or other events outside our control.

If we cannot ship an order within the stated processing period, we will contact the customer with an updated estimate. The customer may choose to continue waiting or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.
