Shipping policy

HAOMAISON currently ships to addresses in the United States only.

Order processing. Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Estimated delivery. After shipment, most orders are estimated to arrive within 7-15 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may vary because of carrier delays, weather, address issues, or other events outside our control.

Shipping delays and cancellation rights. If we cannot ship your order within the time stated at checkout, or within 30 days when no specific shipping time is stated, we will notify you with a revised shipping date. You may either accept the revised date or cancel the order for a full refund before shipment.

Tracking. When tracking is available, we will send tracking information to the email address used at checkout.

Incorrect addresses. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned or delayed because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will help resolve the issue, but additional shipping costs may apply.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages. If your package appears lost, arrives damaged, or has not updated for an unusual amount of time, contact us at 2361377901@qq.com or +86 188 6848 4253 with your order number so we can investigate and help with a replacement, refund, or carrier claim where appropriate.
