Return & Refund Policy
We want customers to understand the return process before purchasing. If you need help with an order, contact support@haomaison.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Return requests should be submitted within 30 days after delivery. Items should be unused, clean, in their original condition, and include original packaging where possible.
Please contact us before sending any item back. We will confirm whether the item is eligible for return and provide the correct return instructions. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product, package, and shipping label. We will review the case and provide a replacement, refund, or other reasonable solution when applicable.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected, or after a support case is approved. Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
